ToolPart Team LLC was founded with the objective to supply the software market with information-technological solutions which greatly facilitate and simplify the workflow and the operation of companies. As a main activity, the company develops enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and project management systems. The systems developed and implemented by the company are exclusively Internet-based systems and based on the most advanced open source technologies. Moreover, ToolPart provides services regarding to the maintenance of the systems developed.

ToolPart consists of program designer mathematicians, software developers, a business analyst, a website developer, a designer, economists, jurists and salesmen. Many of the team's members have several years long experience in developing project management and enterprise resource planning systems. ToolPart’s lead program designer has also worked for Google in the past, and participated in the development of a number of large-scale international projects.

ToolPart's philosophy is to help customers to maintain and advance their market position by integrating company information within a single information system, developing simplified workflows, excluding contradictory data within the company, thereby saving a significant amount of time and saving costs. ToolPart would like to offer such systems to companies from
different industries.
